VYZYOSchool is the company that publishes the VYZYOSchool 360 platform, an all-in-one school management solution. Our head office is located in Tunisia.

Depending on your use of our service, we may collect:

• Identification data : last name, first name, email, phone.
• School data : school name, address, tax identifier.
• Usage data : pages visited, actions taken, login logs.
• Payment data : processed by our certified partner; VYZYOSchool does not store your bank details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provision and improvement of the platform (performance of the contract)
• Account management and billing (performance of the contract)
• Communication about our services (legitimate interest or consent)
• Compliance with our legal obligations (legal obligation)

4. Hosting and security

All your data is hosted exclusively in Tunisia, dans un datacenter certifié ISO 9001 & ISO 27001. It is never transferred to servers located abroad. We apply technical and organisational security measures in line with industry best practices.

5. Retention period

• Active account data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
• After termination: 3 years for billing data (legal obligation).
• Student data: deleted or anonymised at the school’s request.

6. Data sharing

We never sell your data. It may be shared only with:

• Our technical subcontractors (host, payment provider), subject to strict contractual guarantees.
• The competent authorities if required by law.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Tunisian law no. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (subject to legal obligations)
• Right to portability
• Right to object to processing
